"It was with some trepidation that I placed my order as mechanical installation is not a skill I have order. Imagine my delight when it literally required drilling 4 small holes and 4 screws.....they look great. More importantly, the pulls even work first time and then every time. Great quality construction, ease of installation and attractive to boot!

"We love the color of these blinds and how well they insulate and save heat in the rooms in which we installed them. We were also impressed with how quickly the blinds arrived after we placed our order. It beat the stated timeline by at least a week. The only complaint we could honestly make about these blinds is about the wider window of 58 3/4"...we have to hold the top portion/bracket area of the assembly as we pull up the blind otherwise it pulls it completely down, as in the whole thing falls down. We think that either additional mounting brackets or ones of heavier duty would solve the problem. However, for windows smaller than that, you can't find a better bang for your buck with these blinds."

"I ordered the blind for a sliding door. It fits in the space perfectly. Once I had the right equipment, installing the blind was very easy. I wanted something that promoted privacy without darkening the room- this is it! It allows light in without allowing views from outside. The only problem I am having is with the top-down feature. There isn't specific directions in the literature that came with the blind, so I'm having to research further. I assume I'm doing something wrong. I expect it'll work perfectly when I get more information. I will plan to order more blinds in the future."

"I have been purchasing your products for the past few years and have never been disappointed. My only suggestion is to make the screws for wooden blinds of heavy metal. They tend to snape off from time to time while screwing them into the wall. Other than that I am very pleased."
